Cassie - Receptionist

Cassie has worked in the orthodontic field for 1 ½ years. Before working as receptionist for Dr. Beckwith she was a recruiter for a personal agency and office assistant/ receptionist for a chiropractor. Her favorite thing about this field is the patient and sharing in the excitement of Deband day! In her spare time she likes anything to do with water; swimming, waterskiing, etc and likes to hike and horseback ride too.



Lisa B. - Financial/Insurance Coordinator

Lisa has managed our front office for 5 years after having worked as office manager in a periodontal office. She enjoys meeting and working with all kinds of people and personalities. She spends most of her spare time watching her son play baseball, basketball and football.



Penny D. - Treatment Coordinator

Penny has worked in the orthodontic field since 1986 as an orthodontic technician, insurance coordinator, scheduling and financial coordinator and now as a treatment coordinator. Penny enjoys being able to help patients and parents understand their treatment plan and utilize insurance benefits. The most enjoyable part is seeing patients and parents happy with the final orthodontic result.



Hollie - Orthodontic Technician

Hollie has been in the field of orthodontics for 16 years. She has become highly qualified as an orthodontic technician. As patients go through treatment Hollie’s favorite thing is the transformation that takes place from beginning to end. Hollie enjoys hiking, running, and taking part in anything outdoors.



Laurie - Orthodontic Technician

Laurie joined our team right out of High School so she has been in the orthodontic field for 5 years. She has been the sterilization technician, records technician and now an orthodontic technician. Getting to know our patients and watching their transformation throughout treatment is her favorite part of working in this field. In her spare time Laurie likes hiking, camping and shopping.



Shan D. - Orthodontic Technician/Professional Relations Coordinator

Shan has worked in the orthodontic field for 14 years. Orthodontic technician, receptionist, Professional Relations coordinator and lab technician are the positions she has held. She enjoys watching the patients grow up and become more confident through treatment. In her spare time Shan loves to garden, read and quilt.



Tammy C. - Orthodontic Technician

Tammy has worked in the dental field for 29 years. She has been certified as a dental assistant and orthodontic assistant and has also worked as an administrative assistant. Seeing the change that takes place in each patient from the beginning to the end result is her favorite part of orthodontics. Tammy enjoys spending time with her family, camping and golfing.



Vonda W. - Orthodontic Technician/Treatment Coordinator/Clinic Manager

Vonda has been in the field of orthodontics for 28 years. Orthodontic technician, clinic coordinator and treatment coordinator are some of the positions she has experienced. She likes working with the patients and watching their self esteem grow as their smiles change. In her spare time she likes hiking, biking, 4wheeling and riding her Harley.



Wendy - Orthodontic Technician

Wendy has worked in the orthodontic field for 1 year. She has held the positions of dental assistant, records technician and now orthodontic technician. She enjoys working with children, observing the different personalities each patient has and loves those beautiful smiles. Sewing, woodworking and being outdoors are her hobbies, but spending time with her kids is her favorite.
